APICO Pain Management is delighted to announce that Ann Maresca, PA-C, has joined its team of healthcare professionals. Ann brings an extensive and impressive medical background, including over 16 years of service as a mobile intensive care paramedic, both on the ground and in helicopter emergency medical services.

A pivotal moment in Ann’s career occurred on September 11, 2001, when she responded to the tragic events in New York City. This experience profoundly shaped her journey, introducing her to extraordinary individuals and reinforcing her dedication to patient care.

Ann graduated from MCP Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, PA, as a Physician Assistant in 2001. She has worked across diverse specialties, including Cardiothoracic Surgery and Interventional Radiology, before finding her true calling in Pain Management in 2006. Her expertise and compassionate approach perfectly align with APICO Pain Management’s mission to improve the quality of life for individuals living with chronic pain.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ann enjoys the serenity of coastal living near the beach and leads an active lifestyle, embodying her passion for health and wellness beyond the clinic.
